If you are a property management company and you need a reliable lawn care/landscaping service to handle your accounts, we do extensive initial cleanups and weekly and biweekly lawn maintenance and inspections. No more city violations to pay with our consistent supervision of your accounts. We do not cut corners and prioritize our scheduling to make sure all of your accounts are (Move-In Ready!) We completely understand your contract budgeting needs and work hard to stay consistent with lawn care costs to maximize your profit margins.
With our experience in the industry, we can easily evaluate what lawn care tasks are needed or we can meet with you on site and discuss your companies’ specific plans, budget, and tasks to complete each job in a timely manner. On completion of each job, detail notes of tasks requested and completed will be sent on your invoice in pdf. format when applicable. We currently service all of the Piedmont Triad and Charlotte, NC areas.
Mowing, edging, small tree or downed tree, sapling removal and trimming, hedge trimming, leaf blowing, roof and gutter cleaning, pine needle and mulch installations and more. We also have access to trusted Tree removal and Pressure Washing companies that we have personally used (when needed).
