Maymont Homes has employed the services of Robert Simpson, owner of Get Ready Mow full time since 2021. For more than three years he has managed the landscaping management needs within our North Carolina markets. This includes weekly/bi-weekly lawn services as well as landscaping projects that arise through our management of about one thousand homes throughout three North Carolina markets. Mr. Simpson is an intelligent and motivated individual. He is more than capable of managing any sized project, while meeting our budgetary and timeline requirements. With the help of Mr. Simpson and his team we have realized a significant decline in Maintenance work orders. Also, Get Ready Mow has eliminated notices from municipalities for abandoned or vacant properties. As part of his responsibilities, Mr. Simpson consistently provides us with bids for items that do not necessarily fall under our everyday business needs, allowing for seamless and timely completion. Mr. Simpson has developed and been innovative with his own business model to help us meet ours.
I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Robert for almost ten years as his company takes care of my private property as well. I have come to know an individual whose integrity I would place second to none. I would highly recommend Robert for any services for which he may be needed. I believe that developing quality relationships with industry suppliers is the responsibility of each Maymont Homes employee, and Roberts’ consistent contributions to that end are an excellent case in point.
